Good day bosses. I'm somehow scared on this new Gionee m15 I just ordered in konga, and it's almost at my destination. Many people complained bitterly about the battery that it drains too fast. Pls what's your opinion on it.

Also, is it possible to reject the order once it is received coz I'm scared of looking 90k on phone I won't enjoy

Yes, it's payment on delivery that I selected. So that means I will reject it once it's delivered.
But hope they won't have problem with me for wasting their time and transportation fare for the delivery.

If you keep checking on reviews, you will never get any products to use, be it cars, phones, electronics and so on...!!

Sellers actually put in their resources in processing your orders, then, you now reject it! That's waste of their money and time. You really wouldn't want such experience yourself.

I wonder why a buyer will order, order gets delivered but rejected and platform will pay 100% refund. If buyers lose % of payments, they'll think twice before placing order(s).

Most of you don't even know anything outside Infinix, Tecno and any other follow follow brand. If you buy a quality phone, you will enjoy it. Some of you want Gionee product for an itel price with Samsung quality. I have been using Gionee products since 2016 till now with no issue.

I will advise you to be very careful buying from Konga because there are lots of deceitful sellers there. It’s ‘Buyer beware’ if it’s from Konga. I once ordered a power bank from dem worth 40,000 mah and on personal inspection I found out it’s not more than 5000 mah!!. In your own case, reject the order because it’s obvious you’re not going to enjoy the phone. Mail Konga and send them the product order number and tracking ID, telling them your wish to cancel order and why you are no longer interested in continuing with the order. Simply state a convincing reason. If the delivery person calls you, and you chose payment on delivery, tell them you cancelled the order. Or reject the product on delivery.
