Actually the selection of Adeleke as Pdp candidate was through faction election not the main recognized Pdp.

Perhaps, Oyetola decided not to go to court before the election should in case he loss, he can make a case against Adeleke.

I can't imagine Adeleke going through court process. He would be exhausted psychologically and monetary

After mass rejection by Osun people, the Oyetola expired administration is seeking a backdoor to subvert the outcome of the election through the hijacking of pre-election cases cases involving Prince Dotun Babayemi.

We have it on good authority that the All Progressive Congress has commenced insider operation to buy court judgement and declare PDP primary that produced Senator Ademola Adeleke as illegal, null and void.

The APC has reportedly reached out to Babayemi , his lawyers and some top judicial officials to secure a spurious Court of Appeal judgement in a fresh appeal recently filed by Babayemi.

We call on President Muhammadu Buhari and the National Judicial Council to immediately nip this evil agenda in the bud. Osun people have decided and it amount to a national security threat for judicial corruption to thwart the will of the people.
