25% of Laliga (UCL rights nor join) tv rights which is less of 5% of the club's income over those years...just take it like buying of shares but much better because it's only tv rights and it's not for life...Barca can buy it back before the end of the 25 year..., just the way Bayern sold 25% of their shares...
