Germany rejected Russia’s offer to reroute the deliveries through Nord Stream 2, the second pipeline under the Baltic Sea, saying the pipeline was not legally certified for operation. Legally certifying it takes 1 week and 1 stamp. The certification is on hold by NATO. 1 Like

Even USA already negotiating with Russia on removing sanctions on Russia banks, has Russia planned to introduce Rubles for all Russian trade with what Russia called Unfriendly nations.
