I see no reason while you should be covering ur tracking Id, back to business for ur screenshot u reside in lagos and that package should have gotten to you that is a lot of time spent 3 wks plus my advise is to track with Nipost page and if there is update like put into domestic bag ( there might still be hope for ur ) package
I have not experienced missing package before but only address problem, that i rectify by using the post office address as my address but I have seen a post that if a package is not scanned when entering the country you might not receive it

you can actually request for a partial refund without returning the item, just choose "quality issues" as your reason and provide evidence of poor quality of the product.

As for passing customs, that one I know, all items pass through customs.

My question is this, should an issue arise with Customs, say and speedaf is even the shipper, will speedaf now calle to go and face Customs of there is an issue?

well I personally haven't seen anyone having issues with custom if it's speeds that's handling the parcel, but if it comes to paying custom duty on an item, speedaf will provide an invoice for you to pay

Thanks. No in-country update on the Nipost website. That's why I'm concerned in the first place.

Besides, I have edited the original post to include the tracking information on Nipost Track N Trace.

Wait ooo, i don't think Speedaf gives any invoice ooo. Cause they said they do not even clear goods at customs at all.

My own has been like that for 22 days and till now no update, I am not even doing any stupid extension because it is just remaining 18 days left. So advice is that get prepared for the worst is about to happen grin

I once spoke to a staff and he said that it depends on location and sometimes it takes over a month for nipost Lagos to send something.
It's just the poor system.

Good evening guys. Please i saw a umidigi A11 on AE and it's around $88.1 but there was a coupon and it's now $78.10. though I've initiated the payment but i didn't proceed, now the timer is remaining 7 hours.

Is it safe to buy the phone and what's the best thing to do in other not to get my hands burnt.

NB: it's also free shipping with available tracking in the shipping information

I wasn't expecting this anytime soon at all.
And I just got a call from post office to come and collect my package.

I've collected it now.

That's the tracking info from Aliexpress.
Other sites are still showing me it's at Hong Kong
