Power rotation has always been between North and South and Christian and Muslim (Not to relegate other religions)

APC was clever by half in stating that this principle was applied in trying to return power back to the south by choosing Tinubu..

Now Tinubu's presidency comes with a lot of threats to Christianity. Power has always been rotated between the 2 dominant religions since the return of democracy.

Obasanjo to Yaradua
Yaradua to Jonathan
Jonathan to Buhari
Buhari to a Christian

Now APC has handed over their ticket to a Muslim against this gentle man rotational agreement. Atiku just said now that he fell out of friendship with Tinubu because Tinubu has been insistent on a Muslim Muslim ticket since 2007. (Suggesting that Tinubu may have an agenda)

The danger doesn't end there... APC proceeded to field a muslim as vice damning the Christians and trying to test the waters.

Now see the interesting thing... Assuming Tinubu wins, he will want to rule for 8 years and then hand over power to a northern muslim , and this means that Muslim would have rule Nigeria for 24 consecutive years.

The secularity of the Nigerian nation should be respected in full but APC seems to have an agenda as can be seen by the recent renting of people to act as Bishops at the unveiling of their VP candidate.

I would personally want a ticket that has multi-religious appeal but to try to create a storm in a tea cup over same religion ticket is becoming boring....There are more than 10 candidates running for president just choose one....CAN opposing a particular party will not help them.

We cant do much save we get our PVCs. I got mine here in Benue state yesterday. I will obidiently make a statement come 2023. I have consistently showed political apathy since 2015. Never even had the drive for obtaining my voter's card, again, thanks to being an INEC adhoc staff in 2015 and 2019 general elections. This time i have taken a detour even though i still have the chance to. I will vote for the first time, and i will vote for Obi. I am not a party man, but i want to be among those who will give a structureless Obi structure. We are mobilizing hugely here for him.

Unless you are a muslim yourself, I see no reason why you are comfortable with another muslim ruling Nigeria after Buhari. Nigerian Muslim presidents have the tendency of being sympathetic to islamic terorists. See how fulani herdsmen, islamic terorists, bandits are having a field day under a muslim rule. During jonathan, Buhari opposed the fight against bokoharam. Buhari said a fight against bokoharam is a fight against the north. These muslims have agenda. If tinubu wins for instsance, he will rule for 8 years and shetima or another northern muslim will surely take over from him and do another 8 years. Are you not at all afraid of the fate of the so called born again Christians you are trying to define. Olumba Olumba president will protect christian interest better than a muslim. Even as useless as the seat of vice president is, having a christian vice for a muslim president brings some psychological balance.
