Baba you can't force everyone to like what you like. Respect people's choice. You will know their preferred candidate in the polling unit. Yours may not be mine. Just tolerance will do fine.

You can go to YouTube( free), udemy( free and paid), coursera ( scholarships available), kodekloud( there is an interactive interface for practice) etc. Also, you can search for " coding for free" and tons of resources will be made available for you. Now, for choice of prog language, it depends on what you want but I will suggest you go into python and be proficient at it. By so doing, you have a sought after skill that can open doors.
