I tried really hard not to lie. Really really hard. So I went to Aldi which is like 10 minutes from home, which would make you wonder why getting here has been such a big deal.

Find something to live for day after day. There is no grand plan and no need for one. Also find something to enjoy, it doesn't have to be what others enjoy, it does have to be within the bounds of reason though else you fall into another pit.

Don't always worry about how you feel, those feelings will pass, they are temporary. What you need to concentrate on are the tangible goals you can achieve to keep your life going.
