That's a reply from Access Bank. One ofy guy got one too. Just today. When he was applying I told him, they won't pick him because they specified there the University graduate the wants. When you can't find your University, that's when you click "other"

That kind of approach is called "the sandwich approach" where they start with good news then insert bad news in between and round up with good news.

HR and customer service executive are trained mostly to use this kind if approach on customers/ applicants

God will provide you with a better one
