How was it rectify? People often makes mistakes in my name which is not the popular spelling that everyone knows or hear. It has been issue since my primary school day where they put "REY" instead of"ERY" at the end and my name is my email address. Please how was the problem rectify?

Yeah, she was called as well, but there was no mail yet, so she went to their office where it was discovered that they misspelt her email name. she has gotten the mail.
