I'm probably the only one talking about this but its strange even others can see it but not the so called pundits and Chelsea faithfuls.
We struggle to create and score goals and unless our wingbacks are high up, mostly nothing dey happen.
We simply need someone to link our attack and the closest we have is Kovacic. I'd would very much like for Tuchel to reduce his defensive work and get someone else to partner slowJoghs.
I don't even care what formation, just get the team to create goals via multiple channels.

We will have to move away from the 3-4-3 formation. Few times we play other formations last season, we were are actually good. But I don't think tuchel trusts our current defensive mildfild options enough to go to a back 4.
