Matrix is a good one

She should go with a knowledgeable mechanic

Then check for rust under the car, ensure the engine is not shortening oil, check for the ac System and other important features.

Most importantly, the engine must be in a good form

I’ve had one for about 7 years…and I can say it’s even more durable than its Corolla counterpart.
I’m not a fan of its 4wd variant..because it’s slower and it consumes more fuel and I don’t consider a matrix an off-roader.
Check the transmission, engine and compressor..to make sure they are in good working condition. You can also get the vin and check its history.
Check for rusts too.
Lastly, confirm whether its duty(customs) is genuine and paid in full.
It’s a very bland/basic car..Its parts are relatively cheap. so, she’ll enjoy it.
Modified: If the picture above is that of the car she intends buying…ascertain whether it has been involved in an accident before…check its vin history and confirm whether it is accidental. If its accident is minor…use that as your bargaining power..you can get a few thousands off the actual price. Cheers!

yes its gud if its clean title,help her to run vin check n also scan d car with a good scanner,check if d proper custom duty was paid...if she finally picks d car,pls let her use recommend oil brand.
