...I strongly concur, boss. The trend is now predominantly bullish across most timeframes. However, M5 is strongly suggestive of an impending short {retracement}.

My general perspective is that during or after market opening gaps are filled, price will initially short {retrace} to 1752.

Then, consolidate between 1752-1749, not exceeding 1746.

Finally, price should long convincingly to at least 1804.2 without smiling...

I dey wait till after nfp before going in on gold. I reckon a brief sell to 171x.xx or all the way to 168x.x on H1 low. If a brief sell then a major buy to higher highs...any entry is till after nfp....

H4. Of course na news go determine how the show wan be. 2 plans;

a) If dollar crash first to that buy zone that sell for up go be short term like "enter and gettat fast" kind of trade.

b) If dollar rise first then the sell go be "enter and stay relaxed" kind of trade.

You get? . But the way the chart is looking, plan (a) is likely going to be higher probability.

I have been thinking about this for some now, and I think why we traders make some mistake is that we don't consider TIME in our analysis. All we think about is PRICE. We should start thinking about TIME ACTION.
PRICE ACTION + TIME ACTION = TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
