How do I address this please? It's getting barely 3months and 2 weeks that I was employed. I have never been queried nor given verbal warning. To my surprise, I saw that my position was declared vacant on LinkedIn yesterday with calls for applications. My employer has not discussed anything regarding that with me. I know it's not for promotion because the position is the highest an employee in the office can attain. I still have some tasks on my desk that are expected from me to complete. Please, I need advice on how to approach this. |
