I can see 30 million sure votes for Peter obi in those numbers, and another probable 10 million votes which hardworking and good campaigning will win.

Based on my calculations......the elections will be determined by the South east people......obi must put his house in order and encourage them to overwhelmingly and massively vote for him come 2023.
My calculations ;
TINUBU - 5.7 + 6.1 + 4.7 + 3.2 = 19.7
ATIKU - 5.7 + 6.1 + 7.6 + 4.7 + 3.2 = 27.3***
KWANKWANSO - 5.7 + 3.2 = 8.9
OBI - 5.7 + 6.1 + 7.6 + 4.7 + 3.2 + 11.4 = 38.7*****
I now understand when people say the elections is between OBI AND ATIKU.

Check I did not give APC score in SE for a reason. Don't forget SE still has some APC states which surely will give them some unexpected edge.
