Adults eat three times a day? I only eat twice a day, sometimes once but rare. I eat between 9-11am and 2-4pm.

Nothing is square about the numeric called three(3)....eat in the morning and thereafter eat as you get hungry throughout a day is a policy I keep....sometimes I eat 5 times but very little quantities....sometimes just twice a day.
