Malory:In what way? I am not saying you are wrong but tell us by what objective measure. For me the only thing notable about him is that he was the first to be prosecuted and publicly humiliated. Publicity does not mean worse(for me). The same Ribadu who arrested him was disgraced out of office .Some may argue he was victimized but I do not think any policeman can claim to be clean in Nigeria.You just cannot make it to IG level and claim not to know what happens in police stations or the roads So what was worse. about Balogun??
