It is alarming and disheartening the rate at which vagrants now perpetrate all sort of evils on pedestrian bridges. Hooligans stay there to accost, rape, maim and obtain law abiding citizens who make use of such bridges. Law enforcement officers should be stationed at this places because they serve as haven for criminal at early in the morning and at night. Pedestrians prefer crossing the road which is a dangerous adventure and could end in great loss of life. Government should endeavour to look into this because currently our city is now proliferated with all kind of thugs and miscreants who lurks in such places to unleash mayhem at any given opportunity. My people what is your take on this.
