Governor Nyesom Wike has filed a lawsuit against Atiku Abubakar over the 2023 presidential ticket of the Peoples Democratic Party. Mr Wike filed the lawsuit alongside another PDP member Michael Ekamon, according to filings entered before the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court. The applicants also joined the PDP, Governor Aminu Tambuwal and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in the matter. The parties were served on July 1, and a PDP official responded to the originating summons on August 5 in Abuja. The lawsuit could complicate the main opposition party’s drive and message leading to the 2023 general elections — for a platform already bogged down by the upswing of Peter Obi and his Labour Party base. It also comes as a reconciliation panel begins sitting to resolve a cold war between Messrs Abubakar and Wike over the outcome of the presidential primary and the selection of a running mate by Mr Abubakar. The crisis escalated last week when Mr Wike publicly accused Mr Abubakar of lying about the extent of the infighting while allegedly instigating attacks through Sule Lamido and others, calling them “attack dogs.” Mr Wike has been seething over the convention outcome for several weeks, and his anger intensified after Mr Abubakar passed him over for Ifeanyi Okowa as the vice-presidential candidate. Wike wants to sue Tambuwal and Atiku because Tambuwal stepped down for Atiku---Wike is a real confused drunk comedian So also Expect Amaechi , Governor Yahaya Bello and some other APC Presidential aspirants to sue Tinubu and other APC Presidential candidates who also stepped down for Tinubu . Wike is getting more angry and mad everyday as Atiku has kept silent and refuse to reply or engage Wike's countless outbursts on the TV and newspaper. Wike has gone mad,he will lose the case at high court, appeal court and supreme court, he knows, even if doesn't support Atiku, he can't still stop Atiku from getting significant votes in the south South, he now wants to find others means to scuttle Atiku's presidential bid Wike in his foolishness and confrontational approach will cause the North in their usual manner to unite beyond Party lines and rally behind Atiku. 6 Likes 1 Share

Tambuwal shouldn't have been given another chance to come back to the podium to step down for Atiku. He should have done it the time he was addressing the delegates to vote for him the first time. That is where the party got it wrong. It was against the primaries rules and I think that is where Wike is trying to latch on to scatter the party's presidential election chances. Atiku's and Tambuwal's matured silence and refusal to respond or engage to Wike's mad man outbursts and indirect insults at Atiku and Tambuwal almost every week is what is making Wike go mad and more angry everyday. He is feeling ignored by Atiku, he was expecting Atiku and Tambuwal to fight dirty with him. Wike is used to political enemies that fight dirty, that will always reply Wike anytime Wike go on TV to abuse or criticize them, like what Wike and Amaechi do almost every month. But Atiku in his usual quiet manner has chosen to ignore all the tantrums, shades and Indirect insults Wike has been throwing at him , which is making Wike going crazy that Atiku is completely ignoring him and making him (Wike) feel irrelevant

| everywhere done scatter be that. Next year before 2pm election day na Peter Obi with Labour Party all the way. Things to happen in 2023 election if PDP wins 40 percent of the population will be happy. If APC wins 5percent of the population will be happy If Labour Party wins 100% of the population will be happy. There will be a nation wide celebration.
