It's been two years now, I have not stepped into a farm after leaving for city life. I can remember from 2016-2020, when I do full time farming like kponkpon ![]() In 2020, A day job is N1,000. If I work for a man from Monday to Saturday, at the end he pays me 6k.. Sometimes I couldn't complete the six days circle.. I work four things or thrice in a week.. I only did four days maximum.. I work for him for like three weeks before I moved back to my fathers farm working full time. I went to my father's farm almost everyday until my friends start calling me a Yahoo farmer.. It was as if my calling was to be a farmer but I was not having it then, I was eager to leave the farming work then to start a new life. Now life has been up and down, I don't even earn well and feed well.. I am missing farm as hell. |
