Some claims he has sent me my document through a courier I am yet to know (believeing it is UPS). It's been a couple of months, about 5 now, and the package is yet to be delivered. The person who sent it says the customer care are not responding to him(he also has misplaced receipt) I want to assume it has lost. I have a soft copy of the statement of results though, wondering if I can print it out as 'original'. I don't have soft a soft copy of the Certificate. Mod: CERT FOUND! |
