I may not be an analyst but this is completely fake... A mere propaganda. First, closely compare d shape of this caught 'bishop' to d other one, u'd see a glaring difference. Also, this 'bishop' appears shorter compared to d other one.
BTW, why would they want to lynch him in d first place? Any crime committed? What I'm saying in essence is that this particular scene is completely out of sort & was carved to suit this false narrative. It may even be a scene of an alleged thief caught & handed over to d police but these 'ppl' decided to use it for their own clandestine motive.

What does it take to become a Bishop? What are the general requirements? Anybody under the christian faith can be a Bishop. The roman catholic Bishop are different from others and others have right to be their own Bishop.
