Trying to make it seem as if the rest of the Housemates don't try to win HoH or that those 3 winning hoh is an altruistic decision that they make on behalf of level 1 and not a completely selfish decision they make to avoid nominations themselves.

Even during Wager tasks, it is those 3 that are still front and centre, the last week's wager Task made it even more blatant.

So, it is not just HoH task. It is the general lackadaisical approach and leaving that trio to do most of the heavy lifting
