I think it's similar to the test that those who applied for Friesland Campina GT did with Workforce.

Workforce is the one organizing UBA assessment too.

Can anyone access this Check System Compatibility on thier mobile?

I don't think so. If you use the latest version of Chrome, you can try changing your WebView to Desktop Site.

Other than that, I don't know if it can work on mobile.
