Obi claim was that Nigeria has met the criteria to be considered as a fail state.
There is a sharp difference from what the fact checker claimed he said.

What even baffles me is, they claimed Lagos is generating 51b monthly but everytime they still go borrowing. Lagos is the most indebted state in Nigeria with their claims money going into government purse does not commensurate with the development in Lagos. Something is fishy.

Can you tell me what is wrong with borrowing especially when you can see the physical presence of such borrowing and also when the projects done with the loan can fetch you much more money to pay back the loan?

Do you know how much Soludo has borrowed in his short term.as Anambra governor, that's an economist who understands borrowing/loan isn't that bad.
