Obi will not to pay them for their support.

Most of Nigerian Activists like Reno Omokri, Deji Adeyanju, Omoyele Sowore, Segalink, etc. can never campaign for Peter Obi simply because 'Obi no dey give shishi' (Obi will not pay anybody a dime).

These so called Activists have no verifiable source of income apart from social media and the connection they have with corrupt politicians. They literarilly eat and feed their family through social media. However, it is not that they don't have enough yet but greed would not allow them to reason well.

When they criticize politicians, don't be deceived to think that they love Nigerians, it is because they are not presently part of the corrupt system like their fellow Activitists - Festus Keyamo, Femi Adesina, Femi Fani-Kayode, Kadaria Ahmed, etc. If the table turns and food is ready, they too will observe table manner.

They called themselves Social Media influencers but I don't really know who exactly they are influencing. Majority of Nigerian youths won't wait for anybody to tell them who to vote for before casting their votes wisely. ASUU strike, unemployment, insecurity, poverty, police brutality, etc are enough to reset people's brain in this retrogressing country.

It is understandable why they always que behind the highest bidders. So whenever they criticize Peter Obi for nothing, know the reason for their tantrums. Obi did not offend them, their stomachs do.

Peter Obi wants to win a presidential election without spending money in a country where APC and PDP have weaponized abject penury. That will definitely be the 8th Wonder of the World.

Power belongs to God, only him gives power and not your cashtivists.

Not that he doesn't want to spend money but he doesn't want to buy people's surpport with money like Tinubu has been doing. Obi said he prefers to fail by doing the right thing to succeeding by doing the wrong thing. It is a matter of principle.

Stop deceiving yourself
“We want to stop politics of wasting people’s time and politics of sharing money. We want to play politics that will make our children live in a better society. Today, businesses have collapsed, nowhere is secured. I used to drive all over the country but today, you can’t drive and people still think it will continue to be business as usual. No!, it has to change and that change is very important,” he declared.

The National chairman of the LP, Julius Abure, explained that the party does not admit all manner of persons.

According to him, the Obi-dient movement is driven by integrity, capacity, competence and track record of performance.

He stated that the party carefully selected its candidates for elective offices based on the listed principles.

“Ozigbo met all the criteria I mentioned. That is why we welcomed him. Nigeria is in crisis. Inflation is double digit and over 80 million Nigerians are living in poverty. Before it degenerates to where people will adopt others on the street to eat them, we must do something to rescue the nation,” he said.

Abure assured Ozigbo and his group of equal opportunity and treatment, adding that they would be accorded all membership rights and privileges.

Ozigbo, who expressed delight to join the party, declared that he is “proudly Obi-dient.”

He explained that he has faith in the presidential candidate of the party, adding that there is no way he can vote a different person when Obi is on the ballot.

Activism is political.

It's an ear-friendly word for lobbying.
