This is a serious case,a level 14 officer impersonating as ASP.?Village people may be at work.There are policemen who would not want to be identified as police officers for security and other reasons known to them,peradventure, because of public wild views of them.Here is a reputable, educated teacher, having passion for police job,hmmmm,man needs are insatiable. There was this colleague of mine, who was caught impersonating as a bank manager,having ordinary school certificate.He acted perfectly as bank manager until he was caught because of his undoings. Man o man?

Hand work of village people. I feel bad for him most especially knowing fully well that he has ruin his retirement benefits just because of impersonating ASP that has a lower grade level than his 14 level as an assistant Headmaster.

It's the poor scale of salary/poor remuneration for the teachers that pushed him, level 14 in teaching profession is NOT equivalent to ASP in the NPF. Compare the rank and remuneration of an ASP to a level 14 officer in the teaching profession. The line of dichotomy is wide.

Not all of us can teach in unity schools (Federal Govt. Colleges) where the pay is good compare to state and local government teachers (TESCOM and SUBEB).

Though I'm not justifying the man's act but government at all levels should look into the monthly take home pay and welfare of the teachers at Primary and Secondary School levels.

I just moved from SUBEB to TESCOM after spending 10 years with the former. I was unable to do INTERSERVICE TRANSFER because of the embargo placed by the state government, I start afresh. From PEO (Principal Education Officer, level 12) to EO (Education Officer, level . Level 12 on the ID card and level 9 on payroll, I gat to resign.

Na my new declaration of age go ep me in future.
