This incident happened on Friday 8th August at Zone 1 Abuja. Please those who can, should help with a clearer image of these guys so it can be circulated. I believe their apprehension will help to prevent further reoccurrence of such acts around the streets of Abuja. P.S: The two videos were captured from two different CCTVs.
