But the Tribunal won't handle it, the higher Courts can.

When the case of Eyitayo Jegede v APC was held wrt the issue of Buni.. the tribunal recused itself that yes, it is a Constitutional matter and there is some case there but it is outside of the powers of the tribunal.

The Appeal Court faulted the tribunal, that they should have given a judgement but alas, the Supreme Court insisted that the tribunal was right. Despite it is a Constitutional matter, the tribunal cannot handle a matter outside of its jurisdiction.

This just follows the reinforcement of Akinlade V Abiodun in 2019.

For the over-voting, I know the Tribunal has asked INEC to allow Oyetola's lawyers to inspect materials and serve the 2nd respondent, Adeleke, by substituted means.

You can retake your WAEC while still in University. Some schools permit that.

It can happen in the final year.

Yea, for reasons best known to them. Their confirmation or denial will I believe make the case more open or closed depending on how it goes.

Again, I don't know whether the tribunal will hear the case because it is a pre-election matter.

The inspection will definitely give them "more evidence" that's why they demanded same.

All eyes will be on those units but for me, I think he didn't get some things right and tight for his re-election. I don't see him successful with the Courts.

Even here in the north many students from educationally disadvantaged areas are usually allowed to retake their WAEC while they have been admitted to degree programs.
You can graduate from school of medicine in September 2022 with May/June 2022 WAEC.
