Everything about airtel is fraud, I will soon move to MTN, you can imagine choosing the option not to be charged from my credit for data and you still used all my credit for data.

I’m going to be straight with you guys. @AirtelNigeria router is a big scam. Purchase at your own risk. So I bought the router about 2 weeks ago. Before I bought it, Airtel website clearly stated that there is 100% bonus on recharge from 5k to 15k sub.

About 4 days ago, I subscribed to the 5k plan and I wasn’t given any bonus. I had to talk to Airtel’s twitter handle. I was told that the bonus starts from 10k subs upwards. That didn’t stop there, I had to tell the agent to reverse the data back into airtime, It was done.

So today I did the 10k sub and was only given 20% of one annoying bonus and my router won’t even connect to 4G....This is fraud guys

I have been using Airtel router since 6+months now. Sometimes you won't have any network at all. I think today's own is different, so single 4g network on my router SIM. I switched the sim to my phone and the same. But my Airtel SIM on my phone is connected to 4g, and working flawlessly. I think either the router range is very poor or from the sim. Now speaking about SIM, let me pop in my SIM from my mobile and check if the 4g will come up. Airtel is messed up. I always do 200gb every month, for the past 6+ months now.

The 4G SIM on my phone just suddenly started showing "No Network", but Facebook and WhatsApp, and sometimes Nairaland open while every other thing will not work.

I complained tire via Twitter DM and they will respond but no change. I just removed the SIM to my 3G phone and it is working. I returned it to the 4G phone, still "No Network". I just tire for the Airtel.

I did a 5k subscription for 20gig + 20gig bonus. Everything got exhausted within a week and six days. I’m not even the heavy downloading type. So how in the world did I manage to finish 40gig within that short period of time? I reached out to one of their customer care reps, but they couldn’t explain to me what happened. One said they could only see how 21gig was spent. Okay, what about the rest, I asked. But she couldn’t answer.

I decided to subscribe again, but this time around, I wasn’t given any data bonus. I reached out to them through their customer service number, and I was told to be patient. Till date I didn’t receive the bonus. I then decided to dump the Mifi somewhere in my room.
