quick and Lazy summary
OLED is a technology after LED

OLED is supposed to give a superior viewing experience. in some ways, OLED is like return to plasma, as it consumes more power and has a burn in risk, and have superior rendering of blacks.

for nerds like me the real draw of OLED is that it supports 120hz refresh rates. your regular led TV and pc monitors have refresh rates of 60hz
for an maximuml mindblowing video gaming experience, you want a refresh rate of 144hz. so if you have a ps5 or a series x or a gaming pc with a high end GPU - you will have a good time.

for videophiles [also me], OLED is supposed to give superior picture quality for movies

you will note i say supposed because i have read the literature, watched the videos, watched the reviews - but i am yest to on one so there is always the risk that it is mostly hype - [like 3D TVs ]

UHD [ultra HD] is simply 4k which refers to the tv resolution

every smart tv is 4k by default - so an OLED TV is already UHD

some are however going towards 8k - which is absolute overkill if you ask me

the other difference is that OLED costs more, which may also be why the prices of LED tvs are dropping - because there is a new established better standard

hope this helps

the question then becomes what do you plan on doing with it. because if you dont have a proper source of HD/UHD media or the data plan for it, you will not maximize the benefits of the LED or the OLED

i bought a 50inch LG plasma in 2014. at that time plasma was already on the way out. must have been the last one in stock - it was 95k or so
the same way LG still sells 'dumb' TVs full HD 1080 - those cost less than same size 4k tvs

if you can wait small fro the next mainstream viewing technolgy to come out, OLED will also drop in price
