Syria: The commander of military intelligence in Tartus has died Media outlets affiliated with the Syrian opposition report that Ekid (equivalent to Colonel) Gandi Hanto, the commander of the Syrian military intelligence in Tartus, has died. According to these sources Hanto, a resident of Mezaif was killed in the latest Israeli attack. These sources also added that Iran controls what is happening in Syrian military intelligence. On the other hand, sources associated with the regime report that Hanto died from an illness he was dealing with. (Abu Ali) 1 Like
