Guys I really don't understand what's happening, we decide to make pounded yam yesterday because it's been a while we ate it,after making and eating for dinner a small portion was leftovers till this morning my sis wanted to clean the dirty dishes and found the pounded yam in this state, please what could have gone wrong this is my first experience of such a thing although everyone in the family is healthy and fine, please can someone explain to me why it's like this.
