I submitted my documents on Thursday and received a message on friday informing me of the interview that's scheduled to hold today.

It was fair, I was mostly asked competency based questions.
Questions relating to how I've dealt with customers in the past.
How I'm able to work collaboratively with others.
You might also be asked some questions based on the cv you submitted.
I was also asked why I chose UBA
