Hello all, we’ve submitted i-130 for immediate relative since September 2021, we received receipt notice in September but yet to get approval. They said the delay is coming from Lagos. Is there anyone else also having this issue please and please advise �

How would a case still be in USCIS and you are talking about embassy?
