If we start to reason this matter, rapture go take place yet we never finish am. Unless God helps us, Nigeria is finished in terms of discipline. how do you want to install discipline when those with the power to enforce it are actually encouraging it?? How can corruption stop when we are rewarding and glamorising corrupt people? Na only God fit help us o. |

This write-up really explained the impending and recycling danger we are into from generation to generation, but the main solution would be when necessary institutions are enhanced to do the needful. Take for instance, cybercrime can only be fought digitally using super computers and applications for tracking fraudsters just like in most developed countries. More reason we need a man like Mr Peter Obi to take the lead of affairs. |

We keep talking about Internet Fraud as if it only happens in Nigeria or as if Nigeria is the Capital of Internet fraud. But we ignore that people who are tech savvy are living in other parts of the world and they are much more neck deep in internet scams or heist. There are several cases of stealing of funds through crypto scams an many more. There are more serious things to do in Nigeria, like welfare of the populace, infrastructure, health, education, poverty alleviation, security ............ |

Quite an educative writeup, i read it word for word. In addition, the people need to be sensitized about good leadership, and about their history, and where they should be going to, like an awareness or self image. Also, is it not also important that there is a functional system, what we have today, is corruption at every level, from the top to the bottom, as long as one knows the right person, there is no accountability or responsibility. What has helped some of us are the values we leaned at home and the values we learned by ourselves. I would not underestimate the value of self education, home education and value system, community education and value system. We become the values in our community or the values we aspire to. That been said, i dont think there is hope for Nigeria, it did not start today, the extremism, the religious intolerance, the ethnic incitements. It seems that as long as there is a Nigeria, there would be such vices. Since the people cannot see beyond past their inclinations. hence the reason why the country, will never be successful, for as long as we see these things grow and are being encouraged, the results are unavoidable. On Nairaland, i am able to see, intolerance, hate, low human reasoning and the tendencies to love the pain of others. And if we have these kind of people in every area of society, such a society has no hope. At the political level what we see, is a desire to harm ethnic groups, to keep them economically paralyzed, we see the religious extremism and the celebration of terrorist in the realm of governance, the consequences of these things, will be seen in few years, when the lawlessness is very unbearable. while there is a sense of great disappointment, it seems the people are just waking up to their duties, that in itself may be their hope, or maybe it is too late to stop the cancer given the level of its stamina, one will give way. |

I wouldn't want to say much about this, but I do think we need to work more on our character by emulating good and positive characters as Nigerians. |

Do you know the number of Graduates joining the labor force yearly? What Jobs await them? How many of those have access to Bank loans ![]() Some of you guys like to vent your frustration on the wrong people, instead of you to find how to better your own self and make a difference. |

My candid reaction, all about your write up is end time premonition and they're inevitable. We can only try to guide and educate people about it in order to palliate it's effect on humanity. Obviously, there are palliative measures in the piece. For those that can read & understand should do the needful. |

Mufakirnaqdiun:And your excuse for yahoo is that " these people "did not give shishi. Is yahoo the only source of making money? By taking advantage of other people and literally stealing their money, thinking , hoping there will be no consequence. |
