This is called 02 spacer and it’s a generic device. Just state the price, except you want to con a customer based on the value of their vehicle.
Please correct the notion that it acts as catalyst. It only helps to space the 02 sensor from the exhaust to avoid being heated enough to trigger the CEL caused by bad catalyst or no catalyst exhaust system.
