The Ekiti and Osun Governorship Elections had come and gone, and their results are already out in the public.

But now, we need to study the patterns of the participation in those two elections.

We need to know the number (and percentage) of the youths who came out to paarticipate in the election.

We need to know the number of “businessmen” and “civil servants” and “artisans” who came out to vote.

Thus, INEC should release the detailed analysis, the breakdown, and the categorisation of the accredited voters who came out to participate in the two elections.

Ballot papers don't carry such details, and if BVAS server is checked for details of PVC how do you know for certain who they voted for

Anyways If Labour party think they need the information they can file a petition at election petition tribunal

Even as ordinary citizen you can get your Lawyers to write a petition stating the freedom of information act

I think you missed the topic.

The categorisation of the Accreditation Data is what we need..
And not “who they voted for”.
..
I am yet to understand what Labour Party has got to do with this?.

And finally, when INEC released such similar information for the 2015 Presidential Election on their website,, they did it on their own.
Nobody submitted any Freedom of Information Request before they released such information.
