help ,my infinix note 7 is not showing fingerprint option in settings so I can't add fingerprint. what do I do!?

I bought the phone 2nd hand so ain't no warranty for your boy.

Have you tried Upgrading the softwares

The phone has been worked on before
But I feel the the finger print connector was not properly fixed back.
It's a minor issue
They have to clip it back and reboot it will work

it's stopped after factory reset.

It's a common issue with the note series

Same happened with my note 8, tried system update but no show. Just forget about it and use the face unlock or better yet a pin or password.
