To connect the story with real dollars. The reason Elon Musk declined to move ahead with twitter buy is because he had issues with bots on twitters. Many fake accounts that swelled numbers, 1million actual persons with 5million bots, buoyed twitter value. He wanted an audit to separate real from bots. Thats where negotiations stalled.
