As a Nigerian, going to junctions, I have never seen suya been sold in day time. Is there any reason behind it?

Probably since some of the sellers have day jobs, nighttime is best time for their suya gigs.

Another reason is that the sun will serves as an hindrance to the seller. Is not easy to roast meat during the daylight. Everything will be cool in the night.

The reason is because the meats are first prepared and left to marinate (which takes time), then grilled, and by evening, they're ready to be sold.

In my area they sell suya anytime of the day

Especially for motor parks.

Go to sabo you'll buy it there anytime even in the morning .
