Because the OS requires less resources to run. The components are high-end and are faster. Same reason your premium Samsung S series runs sweet but the low budget A or M series with low-end components run sluggish on the same Android. 5 Likes |

Taofiq2005:Has to do with the java which powers android. It is a very resource intensive language this problem is also compounded by android app makers not polishing their apps on Android, because of there are many phones and form factor to cater for unlike iOS where you only have like 3 iphones to work with. 1 Like |
