Abia State Recently commissioned the Children's Hospital.

Now Abia has functional health child health care.

Yeah, I am from Rivers State, but ensuring people get the right idea about Abia State is what I have set out to achieve.

Nobody will say Rivers State is trash. So it does not need marketing as Abia needs.

So I want to drop one here.
