When govt always fail and compromise on talks entered with various labour unions and tomorow wen a strike is called in form of protest, the same insensitive govt will be the first to shout 'No work, No pay'

huh

If labour laws aren't created to discourage strikes absolutely nothing would ever be done in Nigeria.
See this cave man. Absolutely power is the bane of Nigeria's underdevelopment. Why don't you just call for the military to take over?
Re: Fresh Nationwide Strike Looms In Power Sector by seunmind44: 7:16am On Sep 06, 2022
Who cares about NEPA going on strike in Nigeria? For almost a year now we've not been having light in my area. Let them go and die, I doesn't care.

Stop talking rubbish.

If you truly want a great nation there should be constraints for certain actions to be taken otherwise there would be an abuse.

If you read with your head screwed on and not with the typical jaundice, you would understand I didn't mean eliminate but constrain.

It cannot be the go-to for all disputes.

Payment of arrears is as daft as it comes.

I see you are after paying government back and not a better nation.

Quite petty.

I was a voice in the wilderness when there was the strike against removal of subsidies much as disliked the Jonathan government.

The test of a citizen is what is for the common good and not all the bullshit many of you espouse.

That privatization of the PHCN is one of the greatest scam perpetrated by the past government. Like, due diligence wasn't done. Nothing nothing at all. Imagine selling national assets at knock down prices to cronies and years on, there hasn't been increased efficiency in the sector. In fact, the reverse has been the case and now, they say entitlements are still being owed? Oma she o. Anyways, whether they strike or not changes nothing. As them no strike now, we dey see the light use?
Enough of this Nigerian drama jor. If you are in need of a good car deal that won't leave a hole in your pocket and yet you can be sure you're getting a car that you can be sure won't make you a regular visitor to the mechanic, I'm your plug.... No brags. Click on my profile and check out some of the cars I have on offer
PDP privatisation were failures. PHCN, NITEL and all of the rest.

APC seem to be better at privatisation.

You wanted a better nation and you elected buhari, a known failure in governance twice and currently gunning for a another who is suffering from Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson due to his old age as your own contributions to common good. A man who has urinary incontinence and can't stand a discussion for 5mins without loosing his train of thoughts. Spare me your imaginary patriotic nonsense.
