I appreciate the Job Tuchel did at Chelsea, every true fan should be grateful.

But then, the new management needed competitive in all fronts and Tuchel's tactical mind doesn't seem to work against teams that sit back and sadly, most teams we play against sit back. He couldn't proffer solution to the conundrum and had to go.

We are an ambitious club and must stay so no matter what.

He won the league in his first season and lost to inter milan in the round of 16 in the UCL and the following season we were someone abysmal in the league,if my memory serves me right we even lost to Arsenal for the first time at the Emirates in the league,he still lost UCL quarter finals to a bitter rival Man united but some way, some how,he would have won the UCL for us because he went on to win the UCL with real Madrid 4years later. If you are emotional about sacking Tuchel then it is your problem but don't start distorting history.

Chelsea 2010/11 fell apart when Ballack left and they imposed Ramires on him, who was an Emenalo recommendation. Our midfield was horrible after that

Lets not forget how his assistant Ray Wilkins was sacked without consulting him, Emenalo was made his assistant who he did not want (and shunned), and a washed up Torres was imposed on him halfway through the season

End of the day, Tuchels poor relationship with his attacking players and the way he suboptimised them in favour of defence came back to bite him.

He could have struck a good balance by having a strong and robust midfield and DM that would allow Chelsea commit more to attack while maintaining defensive solidity.
