Man, it’s been just 2 games post transfer window. Yes, the footballing hasn’t been great but it’s not like the man has lost every single game he has played this season. Leicester are bottom of the league with no wins and are yet to sack Rodgers. Madrid lost their first champions league game last season and still won the competition.

Teams, players and managers go out of form all the time. The season barely started. It’s not like it’s the most crucial stage of the season. Back your managers ffs

I appreciate the Job Tuchel did at Chelsea, every true fan should be grateful.

But then, the new management needed competitive in all fronts and Tuchel's tactical mind doesn't seem to work against teams that sit back and sadly, most teams we play against sit back. He couldn't proffer solution to the conundrum and had to go.

We are an ambitious club and must stay so no matter what.

Of course, it's understandable. We would want to gravitate towards the new manager and hope for the best. We would want to highlight his best sides and be willfully blind to his weaknesses.

Then when he starts enjoying his honeymoon period and the team is playing exceptionally well and getting good results against the top sides and probably win a trophy or go to a final, we would meanwhile choose to be blind to our weaknesses and set an exceptionally high expectation for the team and the minute the honeymoon wears off and the weaknesses start exposing themselves, we become reactionary and start hating the coach eventually culminating in his sack and then we start the cycle again.

This is just disgraceful. It seems lampard has become a victim of his overachievement last season.
Lampard did deserve more time.
How many times do we chelsea fans have to be put on a rollercoaster pedestal? We knew when we hired lampard that the success would be slow and gradual and slumps will come. We committed to a multifaceted project of at least 2 years, why pull the trigger mid way??

And in a year's time, we will be back in this same position. With the New manager needing his own players and us being Left with a whole bunch of unwanted players and tactical misfits.
When will this club ever learn??
Well , one thing is for sure, I would not invest any emotional attachment to the new manager. At this point, chelsea fans only have to be looking forward to the sack dates of their manager.
