Please am writing to inquire if anyone knows the process to follow a cheating, selfish & disloyal spouse (hubby) who wants to immigrate to Canada without carrying the 3 kids and wife along.. what can the wife do in this situation to at least fight for her kids rights and make sure he provides for them before leaving and even after he leaves, the wife doesn’t want to suffer alone for the kids upkeep.. is there any option for her to fight this??

I feel for her. Unfortunately, its somewhat late. Totally impossible to stop a person who is committed to a path. There are several ways to move to Canada: some require applying with your family and some do not. If he is blocked one way, he will surely find the other way.
