The position of Jonathan was more balanced, the value of the currency does not quite reflect in the hardness however, Jonathan supported export, Nollywood got a lot of boost with Jonathan, same as Agriculture. An exporter of finished goods can lower the currency to attract more export.

However with Buhari, his terrorists herdsmen brothers destroyed farms, especially in the west and Middle belt limiting agricultural export, he has not supported Nollywood oir third biggest employer of labour and export after oil and gas, agriculture then comes Nollywood.

He has taken much loans to build rail project which is somewhat great but most of these projects are sources overseas meaning they are imports not export.

Lowering the value of naira in reality of decreased export and increased imports is economic blunders. No economists actually judge the value it is the export/import balance and with Buhari we import way more than we export, he took us way back into the mono oil economy when we should be thinking diversified

You've not answered my question? What was the value before and after he took over government? Mind you I'm not trying to justify this administration mishandling of the exchange rate but then it is more of dependency on importation, poor government policies especially from the CBN and then a way of favoring those who are into exchange business majorly of the northerners.

While the present dolar price in the CBN as at today is 428, which is still a whole lot of rise you have to understand why the black market price is more significant with this regime becuase unlike other regimes, this clueless regime has placed so many restrictions to buying the dollars, including stopping most if not all naira card from making purchase with the naira in international platform forcing the people who needs to make transactions in dollars to source from the black market so the black market of 670 is the real naira value currently.

The 428 is fraudulent because they not just use it to make dollars available to their colonies who in turn sell it to the black markets and at the same time restricted Nigerians from buying tge dollars at the CBN failure cum fraund government.

I'm not trying to single out any government, we all want a solution but even I have understanding of the economy, would Buhari employ me, Not likely becuase I'm Igbo or Yoruba or Igala that's the problem.

He is clueless about running a country, he is paranoid and doesn't understand the sophisticated society. Military men are the most unfit to rule a nation but any ruler needs Military experience but not Military ideology, the military is very basic institution and Buhari seem to reflect his days in the army as the basis for everything.

The East is a very flexible people with very crucial stake in the economy that where he sends his army. The East is the commercial bridge in Nigeria linking the North and South, that where he springs unrest, after the middle belt and the North the western Nigeria is the second food basket of the nation that's where he's not paying interest to herdsmen menace, how can the economy and all aspect of the community thrive, he destroyed his government with his hardman posture and partial deafness. I support Peter Obi however Buhari is quite responsible for the tough time Tinubu abd APC is facing from majority of Nigerians today, Tinubu played a part too but Buhari is defective in leadership

An Igbo man is the governor of CBN who I believe works in hand with the Minister of Financial is giving financial advise to the federal government. Why was Sanusi removed by the then Jonathan's government after he raised an alarm about what's going on in the government?

CBN is a nonprofit bank, its duty is to print and regulate the currency. It is useless in the real scheme of things, if they print more money than the economy support we would have inflation same as if they print less than the economy reflects then deflation.

Leaders have to come down from their high horses and relate with the people who are the backbone of every strong economy; provide stable and peaceful environment so people can build the economy.

CBN can't do magic when a cow overrun a 2 million farm and the farmer retaliate and kill 3 cows worth 1.2 million in total the economy has lost 3.2 million in a single avoidable swoop thats what matters, this right here is the issue.
