While growing up, what most of us heard was either Aba made or Taiwan. Today Taiwan has become a developed economy dorminating the semiconductor production, Aba manufacturing capacity has been killed by obnoxious government policies that turned those factories into warehouse if imported goods

However, many great industries began from trading shell trading oil and ventured into exploration and production, same is standard oil now ExxonMobil and chevron etc. Innoson selling parts now assembling cars etc
