No. Chip unlock is only for iPhones. Wwunlock can be used for iPhones and Pixel devices. Worldwide can’t be done for other android devices including Samsung

Yes. There are some phone engineers who can run the code for wwunlock on pixel devices, I don’t know how much precisely but it’s not expensive. Chip and unlock process for iPhone is 5k. Wwunlock for iPhone is currently not going.
